Okure-nai（macOS）
本規約は、macOS アプリ「Okure-nai」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは MIT License の条件に従って提供される場合があります。配布形態については App Store の表示に従います。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。重要なスケジュール管理には、必ず他の手段でも確認してください。本アプリの利用に起因する損害について、開発者に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いかねます。
本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。
These terms govern use of the macOS app Okure-nai. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App may be provided under the MIT License where applicable; the App Store listing controls distribution from the store.
The App is provided “as is.” For critical scheduling, always verify by other means. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
